Big hello from Jeremy and Dave!  We are the West Coast's first gas fired 700 degree brick oven!  Our custom built ovens come all the way from New Haven, Connecticut where our sister company started firing up pies back in 2002!  Our one of a kind ovens keep a constant temperature of 700 degrees producing perfect pizza consistency.  This allows us to fire out close to 75 pies an hour!  Our close staff works non-stop providing a fun, delicious atmosphere at any event. Call us today!
